green smoothie

health doesn’t have to be complicated. in fact the more simplified we keep it, the more likely we are to sustain great health in body, mind, + spirit.
it’s all about consistency, + balance. the little habits we create for ourselves, the soul nourishing rituals that feed our cells- these are the things that will transform our life in a lasting way.

it may be cold outside, so a smoothie is likely the last thing on most of our menus- but we were longing for some fresh greens to sip on this morning so here we are. simple. mindful. consistent. supercharged.

ingredients:

1/4c frozen cauliflower
1/2c fresh spinach
1c almond mylk or filtered water
1/4 avocado
squeeze of lime
1 banana
1/2tsp green6 potion
1/2tsp shroom5 potion

method:

  1. whirl in a blender until smooth + serve in your fave glass jar + sip with a glass or stainless steel straw.
