almond butter rise cookies
the only thing that would make these cookies better would be a cup of hot tea or an elixir to dunk them in. Mmmm...
the perfect Sunday afternoon activity to stock up for the week ahead, or gobble up in one sitting- honestly we’re not here to judge, you do you.
as if you needed an excuse to eat almond butter with chocolate- we’ll give you one anyway!

makes approximately 28 cookies
ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp himalyan salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond butter
1 1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup melted grass fed butter
1 Tbsp lucuma by The Gut Lab
1 Tbsp maca by The Gut Lab
1 Tbsp rise potion by The Gut Lab
1 3/4 cup mix cassava + other gluten free flour (our fav go to is almond flour)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
method
combine butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, maple syrup in a bowl
mix in remaining ingredients + fold in chocolate chips
place small spoonfuls on to parchment paper lined cookie sheets
bake at 350F for 14 minutes, makes 28 cookies
